At the conclusion of the auction, Parcels 1 – 7 will be offered for sale ‘en bloc’. To be eligible to bid ‘en bloc’, in ROUND 1 a bidder must: • have been high bidder on at least 3 Parcels AND • have bid on all Parcels. The Starting Bid for the ‘en bloc’ is set at $160,000 in addition to the total of all high bids for Parcels 1-7 (including Starting Bids on parcels, if any, not receiving bids in round one). By utilizing CLHbid’s unique en bloc system, bidders will have an opportunity to keep this assemblage together and get all of Parcels 1 -7, or none. Purchasing all Parcels en bloc alleviates the risk of owning a half-section that is located twenty miles from your home base. Please note: the current owner is offering to finance high bidders. Check terms of Vendor Take Back (VTB) financing.
