At the conclusion of the auction, Parcels 1 – 3 will be offered for sale ‘en bloc.’ To be eligible to bid ‘en bloc,’ in ROUND 1 a bidder must: • have bid on ALL Parcels AND • been high on at least ONE Parcel AND • been the high or second highest bidder on another of the remaining Parcels The Starting Bid for the ‘en bloc’ is set at $90,000 in addition to the total of all high bids for Parcels 1-3 (including Starting Bids on parcels, if any, not receiving bids in round one). * Any chattels not removed by the Closing Date shall form part of the Property and shall remain with the Purchaser.
