The High Bidder on Parcel 12 shall have the option to purchase the 10 +/- acre subdivision by paying an additional $360,000 over the high bid. The Option also includes: - 30' x 40' Storage Building - 2 x Flat Bottom Bins - Fridge & Stove Notice of intent to exercise the option shall be by email to info@clhbid.com within 2 hours of the high closing bid on sale day.
