After the first round of bidding, those parties eligible to bid in the 'en bloc' round may do so. When bidding in the 'en bloc' round, you will either take all Parcels or none. Never fear travelling 15 miles to farm just one quarter. At the conclusion of the auction, Parcels 1 – 5 will be offered for sale ‘en bloc’. To be eligible to bid ‘en bloc’, in ROUND 1 a bidder must: • have bid on all Parcels AND • have been high bidder on at least 2 Parcels. The Starting Bid for the ‘en bloc’ is set at $200,000 in addition to the total of all high bids for Parcels 1-5 (including Starting Bids on parcels, if any, not receiving bids in round one).
