Parcel Description

Parcel 2 consists of a total of 320 acres, with approximately 230 cleared acres, a large hayfield, and possesses two land titles. The picturesque, meandering creek that runs along the lower portion of the Parcel provides ample water, and the cleared land south of the creek could be put back into production with a mower. The creek is deep and offers a scenic location to spot the big game that has been known to roam the area. Parcel 2 is home to moose, deer and even the odd bear has been spotted. Portions of the Parcel have been fenced, although the existing fences need repair. Formerly home to a feedlot, Parcel 2 still has a few cattle sheds in place. There is a large yard site with an older home tucked amongst the mature trees that provide excellent shelter. There is a shop with two enclosed lean-tos on either side and the yard has power and water. Ease of access is apparent with the approach directly connected to Hwy 97.
