This is not average land: ‘Lamont Top Grade’ is made up of predominately #1 and #2 soil according to the Canada Land Inventory map. At today's cost of inputs why not apply those precious inputs to land that will provide a positive return on investment? This is a well-cared-for assemblage that has been farmed by its owners with crop records going back 40 years. Their non-stop attention to detail means that there have been ongoing improvements, such as drainage work that has occurred since the most recent satellite imagery. This land will not likely come up for sale for another 125 years so be sure to start your engines on sale day.

‘Lamont Top Grade’ has layers of value added all day long, especially with its prime location. ‘Lamont Top Grade’ is situated just 20 miles NE of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, and 30 miles NE of Sherwood Park.
