The acreage has a historical stone and concrete underground root cellar in the northeast corner, which is approximately 14-15 feet deep. Field improvements to the grassy areas shown on the satellite imagery have been mostly under cultivation for several years. Owner has granted permission for the location of beehives along edge of the windbreak for the 2025 season. There is no monetary compensation for this, and the Purchaser will be entitled to terminate this agreement for beehives after the 2025 season.
