Parcel Description

PARCEL 2 is a single, oversized quarter that measures 166 acres. There is excellent access from the county-roads on the southern and eastern perimeters. Parcel 2 boasts approximately 117 arable acres and the 60-acre field situated in the northern portion of the Parcel was recently turned over and under-seeded to hay in 2022. There is ample water available from the numerous dugouts on the quarter and the dugout in the SW includes a solar water system that will be included in the sale. There is a small corral system on the NW corner that will provide a great spot to help get the cattle home in the Fall.
