Option Description
The high bidder on Parcel 1 will have the option to purchase the irrigation system by paying an additional $10,000 over the high bid. Should the Purchaser wish to exercise the option, the option price plus GST (if applicable) will appear on the Statement of Adjustments. This option must be exercised on or before 4:30 pm MDT on Sept. 24/24 by way of email to roy@clhlaw.ca
