Parcel 3 is the Plus of ‘South Fork Plus,’ and is situated less than 7 miles NE of the Village of Nampa. Travel north from Nampa on Hwy 2, and then head east on South Harmon Valley Road, where you will find Parcel 3 located 1.5 miles north on Range Road 201; the last quarter mile is only a right of way. These 40 acres are a combination of previously cleared land on the south side and some good-quality spruce on the north side. The southern portion of Parcel 3 was brushed quite a few years ago; evidence of the brush rows can be seen both in the aerial photos and whilst walking through the property. These rows are now almost entirely rotten, and the regrown poplar could be brushed with relative ease. Cleaning up this land for crop production could be achieved for significantly less than the existing price of cultivated land in the area.
