Parcel Description

PARCEL 2 is comprised of 154 acres, almost all of which are arable, and is located directly to the east of Parcel 1. This quarter also has good four-wire, barbed wire perimeter fencing, a dugout, and is currently seeded in hay. Alternatively, with the existing access to water and proper rotational grazing, Parcel 2 could be used for pasture and could hold 40 cow/calf pairs alone. Highway 28 runs the length of the northern boundary and, just like Parcel 1, the big, wide approaches offer ease of access for any type of farm equipment. Secondary Highway 857 runs the length of the eastern perimeter of the quarter, and the popular junction at Hwy’s 28 & 857 sits on the NE corner of Parcel 2, offering excellent access from both directions.
