Parcel Description
At the conclusion of the auction, Parcels 1 – 3 will be offered for sale ‘en bloc’. To be eligible to bid ‘en bloc’, in ROUND 1 a bidder must: • bid at least once on all Parcels AND • have been the high bidder on any 1 Parcel AND • have been the high or second highest bidder on a second Parcel The Starting Bid for the ‘en bloc’ is set at $75,000 in addition to the total of all high bids for Parcels 1-3 (including Starting Bids on parcels, if any, not receiving bids in round one).
