Parcels 1 – 3 will be offered for sale ‘en bloc’. To be eligible to bid ‘en bloc’, in ROUND 1 a bidder must: • have been high bidder on at least 1 Parcel AND • have bid at least once on all Parcels. The Starting Bid for the ‘en bloc’ is set at $90,000 in addition to the total of all high bids for Parcels 1-3 (including Starting Bids on parcels, if any, not receiving bids in round one). The opportunity to purchase Parcels like these gems does not come around very often. If looking to broaden one’s horizons and invest in farmland, why not invest in farmland that is situated to flourish?
